GENERAL CONFERENCE:

With General Conference coming up this week-end. I cant help but think what Elder Oaks said about the talks given. "A message given by a General Authority at General Conference is not given to be enjoyed. It is given to inspire, to edify, to challenge or to correct". I have never been embarrassed or ashamed of my Religion, just very thankful for the blessing that have been given to me and my family. These last couple of months, I cant help but think of some of the questions that people have asked me or believe that I believe. Questions that I have been asked: How come I don't wear a wedding ring, (I do, at that time my finger was to fat), is it some symbolic sign I was asked. This one my mouth dropped open. Do you have orgies in the Temple? What number wife are you? My poor husband can hardly handle me, the idea of more wives like me gives him great stress, suffering and pain.I must admit some questions, I just look at them with a blank stare. I honestly think the question that really bothers me is, are you a christian? I can think of so many more questions that have been asked and I say, I am so grateful for everything that I have been given and to those who believe that I believe in falsehoods, please let me believe what I believe and I will let you believe what you want to believe.
