CHRISTMAS 2010:

We really had a great Christmas this year, all our children were able to be with us except one. Terry visited from Tahoe, Mike, Aimee and Holden from Mesa Arizona, then Tracey, Joe and the kids live about a mile from us. Grandma and Grandpa were the first one's awake Christmas morning, we waited about an hour then decided to wake all the sleepy heads up, Mike and Holden were the first to come down the stairs, then the rest started to slowly creep down the stairs. It was Holden's first Christmas, so it was exciting to see him try to open presents, I think the paper on the presents were more interesting to him, but he was just so cute and adorable grandma had to take pictures. After we opened present at Grandma and Grandpa's we went over to Tracey and Joe's which we do every year for Tracey and Joe's special breakfast, it was yummy as usual, then back to opening presents. We got some really good gifts and Grandma got a little emotional when I received a gift of my grandchildren it was a beautiful picture of all four of them that Aimee had taken and mounted on a canvas, yes Grandma shed a few tears of happiness, my grandchildren have a very special place in my heart, I tear up just writing this. Well anyway all the presents we received were great and very much appreciated. Thanks to all my children and my two son-in-laws, they are all just very special to me. Hope all our friends and other family members had a good Christmas.
